Good to know
- Bogle and Chateau Ste. Michelle are safe bets
- Some producers are just consistently good at this price. When in doubt, their bottles rarely disappoint.
- Try one new grape at a time
- At $12, a miss does not hurt. Swap your usual Cabernet for a Petite Sirah or a Chianti and see what you like.
- Chill whites, but not too much
- Straight from a very cold fridge, whites taste of almost nothing. Take them out 10 minutes before pouring.
